Tonight we tried the BBQ skewers.
Little "beef" cubes on wooden skewers, these pack a protein punch with 19 grams per serving!
(Yeah, what now vegan nay-sayers?....THIS is yet ANOTHER source of vegan protein!)
These cooked up very quickly too, 3-5 minutes! I made BBQ Tacos with tomatoes, arugula and bbq sauce.
They were DELICIOUS!
Nom! Nom! Nom!
